Delannoy
Hugues Delannoy graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1991 and
from Stanford University in 1993, with an MS in Engineering
Management. In 1992, Hugues worked in Tokyo as a financial
engineer at Crédit Lyonnais Securities. In 1994 he then joined a
software start-up firm in Silicon Valley, Infinity Financial
Technology, specialized in risk management technology for trading
rooms. Hugues opened up and managed the Southern European
operations of Infinity from Paris and managed all aspects of the
business, including operations sales and marketing. Under his
tenure, revenues rose to more than $12 million annually and the
transition from a privately owned to a publicly traded company
was achieved. He then joined Calypso Technology, a San
Francisco-based software firm, to head its European operations.
Hugues co-founded Prima Solutions in December 1999 and took over
the position of Chief Executive Officer in May 2005.

Bertozzi
Jean-Luc is a Doctor in mathematics and started his career in
software research. He became one of the first employees of
Steria, where he headed the Public Services Division for 10
years. He then joined Thomson CSF as head of IT where he stayed 5
years. In 1984 Jean-Luc joined Drouot Assurance, one of the early
member companies of the Axa Group, as CTO. From 1988 to 1991 he
was in charge of merging the four companies that combined to form
Axa Assurance, the French tied-agents operation of Group Axa,
Mutuelles Unies, Drouot Assurance, AGP and Presence. In 1991 he
became Deputy CEO of Axa Assurance with direct responsibility for
the Paris region and life insurance business development. Shortly
afterward, Jean-Luc became CEO of Axa Assurance. In 1997 he took
part in another merger with the responsibility of integrating
UAP, which was then the largest French insurer. In 1999 Jean-Luc
became CEO of Axa France, the new group formed by the merger of
all Axa French-operating companies: Axa Assurance (tied-agents
network), Axa Courtage (broker network) and Axa Conseil
(salaried-sales force network). Jean-Luc retired in November 2001
and spends his time flying around France providing support to
promising new companies.

Hassan Bensalah
Mohamed Hassan Bensalah is the President of Holmarcom, holding
company for a Casablanca-based Group involved in a wide range of
activities including insurance services; the operation of storage
facilities; the manufacture of textiles, polyester pipes,
packaging paper, lifts and metal products; farming and the
growing of fruit; production of mineral water; portfolio
management and real estate interests; import and distribuition,
wholesale and retail activities.
