Hugues Delannoy graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1991 and from Stanford University in 1993, with an MS in Engineering Management. In 1992, Hugues worked in Tokyo as a financial engineer at Crédit Lyonnais Securities. In 1994 he then joined a software start-up firm in Silicon Valley, Infinity Financial Technology, specialized in risk management technology for trading rooms. Hugues opened up and managed the Southern European operations of Infinity from Paris and managed all aspects of the business, including operations sales and marketing. Under his tenure, revenues rose to more than $12 million annually and the transition from a privately owned to a publicly traded company was achieved. He then joined Calypso Technology, a San Francisco-based software firm, to head its European operations. Hugues co-founded Prima Solutions in December 1999 and took over the position of Chief Executive Officer in May 2005.

Arnaud graduated from Sup de Co in 1990 and holds a certified accountant diploma (DECF). He started with the audit firm Arthur Andersen and joined international groups such as Norsk Hydro and L'Oréal as financial controller. He then moved over to a french group dedicated to timber business as CFO before joining Prima Solutions in february 2006.

Christian graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1996 and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He started his career at iPIN (online payment solution based in San Francisco, California) as Development Team Leader and then as Product Manager. He also held various positions in the IT industry at Dell, Unilog Management and IBM Global Services. Christian joined Prima Solutions in January 2005 and was in charge of Product Management and Corporate Marketing. He now leads the Product Development Team.

Maroun is an MBA from IMD Lausanne (1993) and holds an IT engineering degree from the Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Beyrouth (1987). Before joining Prima Solutions, Maroun held various C level positions at IT companies in Europe, Asia and the USA: He was the COO of Kyube Inc., a US based Internet technologies startup he co-founded in 2007. Between 2003 and 2006, he helped Prima Solutions establish its presence in Japan where he signed key partnerships with local leading players. In 1998, Maroun co-founded Sophis Asia K.K. and helped it start and grow its Asian business to 300% of initial objectives, then held the position of General Manager of Sophis France from 2001 to 2003. From 1994 to 1998 he was a consultant at Murex France then account manager at Murex Japan K.K. where he signed the very first Japan based accounts of Murex. Maroun also worked as an IT and distribution management consultant at GSI in the early 90s. Maroun joined Prima in January 2010 where he will be in charge of sales in the UK and the EMEA area.

Saito-san graduated from TIT (Tokyo Institute of Technology) in 1984. Following his graduation Saito-san moved to the US (Pittsburgh, PA), where he worked for three years for a AI venture firm named Carnegie Group founded by professors of CMU. Then in 1987, he joined Reuters Japan, followed by TIBCO as marketing manager for capital market products. In this capacity he developed strategic partnerships with various derivatives trading system vendors, including Infinity, SunGard, Summit, Murex and Sophis. After establishing the Japan branch operation of Vitria, a pioneer of BPM, in 2000-2003, Saito-san joined Prima Solutions Japan branch office in March 2004.

Frederic graduated from ESME-Sudria in 1994. From 1995 to 1998, Frederic worked in Singapore with Thomson-CSF and Ericsson as technical expert and project manager for large distributed systems in the aerospace and telecommunication domains. Back in France, Frederic joined Prolifics, a US based software editor, as pre-sales consultant and became Technical Director for the French subsidiary. During this period, he worked extensively with insurance companies throughout the world. Frederic joined Prima Solutions in 2003, held a number of positions as pre-sales and sales and is now directly responsible for all marketing and pre-sales activities worldwide.

Dominique graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1990 and from ENSTA (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Techniques Avancées) in 1992. During his career, he worked both for as software engineer and technical lead in the R&D departments of software editors such as IBM and HRAccess in France or iPIN and PayByTouch in the US and as consultant for professional services companies such as Valoris and Softeam. He joined Prima Solutions in April 2006 as a technical project manager and is now in charge of the Professional Services group at Prima Solutions.
