Allianz France has chosen the Prima P&C platform to digitize its distribution activities in the French overseas departments and territories since 2015. The roll-out of the solution is beginning successfully among our network of agents and our partner bank networks overseas. We decided to extend our cooperation with Prima Solutions to our automobile fleet underwriting activities and the management of underwriting activity in order to improve operational and sales efficiency.

Prima P&C’s Policy module manages the entire policy lifecycle in a single application using an intuitive interface, including issuance, addenda, suspensions, terminations, reinstatements, and renewals.

Fully customizable by business users, Prima P&C’s Policy module can be used to configure all individual, business, and affinity P&C products. With its integrated workflow and rules engine, the Policy module automates decision-making and optimizes policy management.

The new generation of claims management

Prima P&C’s Claims module automates all claims management for P&C products. The module offers simplified management and complete control of processes, from reporting to settlement, and natively includes all participants, from the policyholder to the appraiser.

Incorporating all DARVA-approved and French conventions by standard, Prima P&C’s Claims module allows risk bearers to offer quality services and reduce their combined ratio.

  1. Improved productivity

    Full claims management is now simpler thanks to the automatic calculation of compensation and an advanced arbitration process. A full 80% of claims can be handled in a single phone call, and the number of claims each manager handles increases by up to 60%.
  2. Regulatory compliance and DARVA integration

    Prima P&C’s Claims module natively supports all French conventions, including IRSA, IRCA, PAOS, IRSI, and CIDECOP. This complete, DARVA-approved module for auto, IRCA, and IRD interactions makes it possible to manage IRSA Title 3 appeals and Sinapps project participation.

Flexible cash flow management

Prima P&C’s Billing module centralizes all financial data for a complete overview and accurate monitoring of financial activity and cash forecasting, with collections, disbursements, and recovery.

All payment methods are supported, including SEPA transfers, checks, and secure credit card payments with PCI DSS certification. The Billing module includes additional insurance accounting from issued receipts to collection operations, reimbursements, slip management, and exporting to your accounting software.

    The Billing module supports SEPA order management, the generation of transfers and debit files, and the automatic integration of SEPA rejection files.
  2. Automated recovery

    Flexible installments and payments lead to top-quality customer service. You can configure your collection schedule for each product and set up automatic reminders.
